Alexander III of Macedon, known by many other names, most notably: Alexander the Great, Alexander the Great, Alexander the Great, and Alexander Zulkarnain
He is one of the kings of Macedonia, the Greeks, and one of the most famous military leaders and conquerors throughout history. Alexander was born in the city of Vela around 356 BC, and was a student at the hands of the famous philosopher and scientist Aristotle until he was sixteen years old. By his thirtieth year, he had established one of the largest and greatest empires in the ancient world, which stretched from the coasts of the Ionian Sea in the west to the Himalayan mountain range in the east. He is considered one of the most successful military leaders of their career, having never been defeated in any battle he fought.
